Organic Black Cumin Oil 250ml is made from the seeds of Nigella sativa. A clear, brownish oil with an aromatic smell and spicy taste is obtained through gentle cold pressing and subsequent filtration.

Tasnim's organic black cumin oil contains a high proportion of biologically active polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid, which contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 10 grams. This corresponds to 20 g of black cumin oil.
